His attacks are based on slash and fire damage; his weaknesses includes lightning, holy and arcane damage. He is strong against poison and slash.

i dont seem do do much damage at all to him. even with lightning weapon. it take litterally 10minutes go get his health half down, am i doing something wrong here? I'm not an expert, occasionally I still try to attack mashing r1 (thx ds and bb xD) but I'm getting betterThis boss looks badass but in reality is pretty eas I've been stuck on Kraekan Wyrm for awhile now.

Transmutation ingredient for the Headtaker. Poison Breath: This breath is different than the one he uses when he summons a Stenchpod, as the breath will follow along the ground (in a similar manner the Kraekan Wyrm uses its Fire Breath). I didn't see him use this attack very often. Avoid by: Outranging the attack or blocking are ways to avoid it. It's a little easier to dodge through it The Kraekan Wyrm.
